Back signals and horn out
SOURCE: can't find fuse box for horn, turning signal and windshield wiper
I looked this up on WikiAnswers. Apparently the 2005 dodge magnum has 2 fuse boxes. One is under the hood on the passenger side and the other is in the trunk, next to the battery, in the spare tire storage well.
SOURCE: i don't know where relay horn and cruise control
there should also be a srs light on the dash illuminated?! the problem is the clock spring behind the steering wheel. happy holidays

SOURCE: where is the fuse for horn and signal on a 99 mercedes 430e
The fuse for the horns themselves should be in the fuse box under the hood. The fuse for the horn contacts on the steering wheel should be in the interior fuse box on the side of the dash. If it's the auxiliary alarm horn that is going off and you're looking for a way to shut it off. The bad news is you can't. It has a back up battery installed on the inside of it. It will shut off on it's own in about 8-12 hours. If the horn is not working at all then it could either be a bad horn or horns since there are 2 horns. Each horn is a different tone. The other possible cause is no contact behind the airbag at the horn contacts. To check that connection the airbag must be removed.
sounds like the timing is off. also check for any vacuum leaks you might have.
