What should I do? It is stuck like this and I cannot navigate out of this.

There is another problem. It should not be stuck from a simple trans check. Make sure your emergency brake is off and not stuck on. This happens if you dont use emergency brake often.

The switch on the brake master cylinder is FAMOUS for shorting out. Unplug it and find the blown fuse. In the fuse box under the hood, fuse 1.5 Your truck may be under a recall for that switch, call the dealer with your VIN number and see if it qualifies.

I have also had the same problem with my navigator and the culprit turned out to be a fuse... a 5 amp fuse that is for a relay... if you get a fuse tester and check your fuses on the inside fuse box... It should be a 5 amp fuse and i wanna say its in the middle row

It sounds like the motor that brings the screen out is strained. You will have to take it in to get serviced. Depending on where you live It should not cost more Than $150 to $200. Hope this helps
