Trying to find the fuse for the power mirrors/cig.lighter

I have looked in the fuse box located under hood and I dont think it is located there.Is there another fuse box located inside the car?

Subaru is funny about hiding their fuse boxes. Yes, they are sometimes located inside the vehicle behind sliding panels beside the steering column. Check both panels by your feet and under the dash by the steering column.

I am looking for the location of the power outlet and cigarette lighter fuses and their amp rating in a 2001 camry. Is there some diagram that shows all the fuse locations along with their amp rating.
Take the coin box out. There is diagram for the fuse of CIG lighter. 15 AMP small fuse. you might have replacement fuse under the hood(engine compartment, main fuse box where you will also find fuse removal tool)

Fuses
you have checked the fuse box check thre accessory fuse , they bundle up all your items in one fuse is usually a 25 amp fuse. there might be another fuse box under the hood do some searching and use a test light to see if the fuses are good or bad.
