There is no reset for the IAC valve directly. What is the problem? Why are you trying to reset the IAC valve? Out of curiosity, is it the ECM that you want to reset? Did you test and fail the IAC? Did you replace the IAC?

The rear seat child restraint anchors were not required (by law) until early 2000's. Most likely your car does not have them.

first get a breaker bar they sell them at harbor freight and a socket that fits the crankshaft bolt and see if you can turn it if not then your motor is locked up
For some reason, some import models tie the two warning lights together.
The problem could be low brake fluid, or the parking brake is on, or the alternator is not charging the battery among other things.
