SOURCE: Light warning buzzer constantly on
Have you checked that the headlight switch is in the right position? Are the headlights or parking lights still on when the key is removed?
If so, then rotate the lamp switch to the correct position and the buzzer will go off. Headlights and parking lights are not controlled through the key circuits.

The multi-function switch is a known problem. Hard to say if it will fix all of the problems. Check the fuses too.
SOURCE: 1996 ford ranger odometer / trip stopped working
Since your speedometers work, the problem is in the gearing to the trip and mileage odometers. Simple problem, major pain to fix but, remove instrument cluster - you'll have to remove speedo cable to get it out. Use the old Mark I eyeball to check for broken parts. Might even have to drop steering column - disconnect air bag first!
SOURCE: 2001 Ford Ranger Extra Cab windshield wipers don't
WOW that is strange. Get your self a test light or a cheap multimeter. Take the + wire off at the wiper motor and check if you have voltage / power. If you do then the problem is with the wiper motor if you don't it is the wiring or the switch. I know, not a complete solution but it cuts your problem in half :)
Good Luck

Check your operator's manual. Make sure any and all fuses that have anything to do with the affected items are not blown and are working properly. If you can; check for loose fuse connections or wires. Hope this helps. God bless!
