This is an old post so I assume that by now you have found out you need to replace one or both front wheel bearings? Sometimes you can determine which side is bad by having a passenger sit with you, lean forward during repeated turning of the wheel and listening to see which side of the vehicle is loudest. I have been wrong a few times but quite often you can tell when you have 2 people in the car. .

I hope this helps. (Unless you already found it?)

Sounds like you need a starter, or you have a loose wire somewhere under the hood.

SOURCE: 2002 grand cherokee laredo humming/grinding

sounds like you have a problem with one of your lines on your power steering or one of its components. the grinding noise could also be one of your pulleys that have gone bad too. check your steering assemby gear box.

SOURCE: When my 2005 Infiniti G35x

One of the front wheels isn't balanced correctly and its vibrations cause a resonance in the suspension at that speeds. You might also have a look at the shocks - if you have fitted new tires their hardness and misbalance might bring out the weaknesses in the shocks : these vibrations might be the first sign the shocks have aged and will soon have to be replaced.
You just need to have all the wheels balanced and the bushings of the suspension inspected at a tyre shop - a 30 minute/$50 simple job.

SOURCE: My town and country is making a loud humming noise

It all depends if the humming sound comes from the engine or the transmission. Check the idler bearings, the water pump bearings or the belt.
also if there is fault on the alternator or AC pulley there can be humming.
finally if the noise is heard while the car moves , then check on wheel bearings and axle ends .

SOURCE: steering creeks when turning left or right. front wheel noise.

My advise is when u get a humming noise when banking left or right. Its beter to change both left and right wheel bearing and ball joints. Cause if u think about it those parts are put on at the same time . So if u think about it they have the same where in Terre . left or right hope this helps you.

My 2014 Chysler Town and Country started making humming noise when you turn right or just move steering wheel little right get noise. Dealer changed both hubs.Changed r cv shaft and intermiate shaft.

The hum is most likely something to do with power steering system. Have dealer check power steering system mainly the pump and rack & pinion. The dealer either ripped you off or is just guessing

High pitch noise coming from rear of my van

Hi, it could be the fuel pump humming, the fourth gen seems to be having problem with it during hot weather. Since it is right above the fuel tank, it might be confused for a noise near the exhaust..

Take care

Vibration/Humming/Grinding noises when stopping or turning left.

when turning left vehicle distributes weight to right front wheel bearing causing load. since u describe a noise in right front while driving straight i would suspect failed right front wheel bearing. see if your noise changes/goes away while turning right that should tell u 4 sure

2004 Chrysler Crossfire 25,000 mls auto, road hum noise

MOST of the hums after a while come from the diff as the back axle does the driving and almost all its life runs the same way except when going in reverse ,is the rear diff meshing and worn on both the crownwheel and the pinion and the humming gets slightly louder the faster you go and almost goes when almost stopped and this can also be the slight vibration you get so get the diff oil drained and refilled and check if there is any metal in the oil when drained if so thats your problem But it will last for years like that..Let me know how you get on RON
