Oh thats simple, the horn should be located upper drivers side in the engine bay - on the firewall its a round black metal object with two wires coming off of the top side. disconnect both of them and tape them off so they cant contact other metal.
it may or may not be ok in your state to do this?!?! i would only do it if its going off all the time- also consider wiring up an alternative horn button in the car!
Why do you want to disconnect it? Is it stuck in the on position? If your horn won't stop blaring, you can remove the fuse for the horn in the fuse panel inside the car. Or alternately, you can remove the relay for the horn which is located under the hood in the relay compartment. The diagram for the fuse panel and the relay panel is etched into the underside of the covers of the fuse cover and the relay compartment cover so that you can locate which one is for the horn.
I just had a problem with my horn being stuck in the "ON" position. I removed the relay till I solved the problem. The horn switch is located inside the air bag assembly. As it turns out the horn switch was not bad. What I deduced is this. When I hit the lower left or lower right corner of the steering wheel center to sound my horn, the horn switch got wedged down INSIDE two little plastic tabs inside the front air bag assembly cover. This cover is what you see when you're looking at the center of your steering wheel inside your car.
The horn switch is a paper thin membrane type of switch. When it got wedged down inside the two tabs in the lower left hand corner, it made the membrane switch smashed against the front air bag cover making constant contact, causing the horn not to turn off. The horn switch membrane is actually supposed to ride ON TOP on these two corner tabs to create a space between the front air bag cover and the membrane switch.
If you dissasemble your air bag assembly, you will see these two little plastic tabs in the lower right and left hand conrners where the switch is placed.
If you try to take out your air bag assembly, you do so at your own risk. If you do try it, you must dissconnect the battery (neg. cable first, then pos. cable, and then put back on later in the reverse order) then wait two minutes to let the any capcitors disscharge any electricity. You can then remove your air bag unit. Be carefull not to get any electricity near the air bag propulsion unit electrodes or it will fire. You wouldn't want to do the dissasembly on say like a static electricity charged shag carpet!!
I dissasembled mine and put it back together with no problems. Horn works fine now. I actually went to a junk yard and pulled out a horn switch from a car that was wrecked and had the air bag deployed. When I was putting that one in my air bag assembly, I tried to fit the switch INSIDE the little tabs and couldn't get to go between them on either side. That's when I realized the switch goes ON TOP of these tabs to create a space between the front cover and the other switch had got wedged down INSIDE the tabs in one corner where it's not supposed to go!
You can't legally do this. Your vehicle will be in violation of safety regulations if you disconnect the horn.

Can you please turn on your headlights to full beam, and confirm if you have strong brightness?
If your battery is in good condition, then there is likely a short somewhere in the main power line (coming from the red lead of your battery).
You should also inspect the MAIN engine power fuse, situated in the Engine fuse box, to ensure it hasn't blown.
