Not all Polaroid TV remotes have a guide function. The 845A34P90PH, which works with the FLA1911 among others, does not have a guide feature. The 845A34P90PH, supplied with the Polaroid TLA-01901C, has the guide button above the menu button. On this model, the guide button is on the left hand side of the remote between the number keys and the arrow keys. On this model, you just have to press the Guide button once to see the EPG.

Please add a comment with the model of your TV or the remote, if you would like me to research your remote.

I realized, from readings at another site, that the 'epg' on this does no more than program information.. Thanks for your reply. "j"

You're welcome. EPG usually is a electronic program guide. For many OTA digital TV signal tuners (including TVs) it's just a list of the current and upcoming programs on the current channel. So it's slightly different than an Info button on most systems. The info button just indicates the current program and maybe the channel's signal strength. A few systems will give all of the current programs from every channel on the EPG. Cindy Wells

2009 Buick Lacrosse automatic door locks, interior button and fob not working

Have you had it checked to see if DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the BCM - body control module ? That's the first thing you should have done . Dealer or other independent reair shop that has a factory or professional type scan tool . Auto part stores can't pull these codes .
The keyless entry system has the following main components:
• The transmitters
• The body control module (BCM)
• The remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR)--When you press a button on the transmitter, the transmitter sends a signal to the RCDLR. The RCDLR receives the signal and sends a serial data message requesting the appropriate function from the BCM.
• Keyless Entry Antenna which is a coaxial cable that runs from the RCDLR to the back glass. It attaches with a 9 volt battery style connection to a grid on the back glass, this style antenna is used to increase range and performance for Keyless Entry and Remote Vehicle Start systems .

Why don't the lights flash when pushing the lock button on remote

not all vehicles do but if your vehicle is supposed to check your battery in remote or check fuse box in vehicle for flashers.

Honda CRV Keyless Entry stopped working. Pushing any button on either remote does nothing. They both just stopped working at the same time out of the blue. All doors function properly from inside

Check the batteries in the remotes. It might just be a massive coincidence and the 2 stopped working at the same time. Failing that I would guess the reciever is the problem

It is a 08 Chevy Trailblazer. Not sure if it worked before but when I bought it at the dealership they couldn't get it to work either. They said if you have the key in the ignition the remote start will...

Hello: The key is Not supposed to be in the ignition for the remote start to work. All doors including back hatch and hood closed and doors locked. On the remote push the lock button then push and hold the start button. Truck should start. There can not be any codes stored in the engine computer, if there are the remote start will not work. If it still don't work take the truck back and make them fix it

My factory remote starter won't work, when button on key fob is pushed the parking lights flash like they're suppose to but the engine doesn't start.

Make sure to hit the lock button twice then hold the start button until starting. There can be several issues for a malfunction. If this does not work we can definitely look into other options but the biggest reason for an factory remote start not functioning is the check engine light being on.It completely disables the remote start function. Here is a list of possibilties of why the remote start will not function.
A current vehicle DTC that illuminates the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL)
• The vehicle is in valet mode. • More than 2 remote starts have been attempted. • The hazard switch is in the ON position. • A current hazard switch DTC is set. • The vehicle hood is ajar. • A current hood ajar DTC is set. • The CTD system detects an alarm trigger. • Excessive engine RPM • Excessive coolant temperature • Accelerator pedal position greater than 0 percent • Vehicle not in park • Vehicle theft deterrent malfunction • A current automatic transmission shift lock control system DRC is set. • A vehicle speed sensor signal is detected by the ECM.
