Question about 2004 Dodge Ram 1500
Check valve clearence on both sides, you may as well. Seriously, to check that it is a valve fault, get a piece of wood, 2"x2" about 2ft long, put it on the valve cover, the 2"x2" end, put the other end to your ear, if you hear a click through the wood, take the valve cover off and check the clearence, then tighten up to tollerance, that should solve the problem mate.
