Question about 1992 Chevrolet S-10
1992 chevy s10 blows fuses when i hit the brakes or turn on left turn signal.
Check the front and rear (although probably the rear) turn signal bulb socket for corrosion and/or water intrusion. If you find corrosion attempt to clean (but you will probably have to replace the socket and bulb). For water intrusion you will probably have to replace the break lamp assembly.

I had the same problem, in my case the trailer brake cable behind the bumper had being chewed by a Dog and was shorted out.
hope this helps

I have about the same problem, mine started blowing the turn signal and back up light fuse about 3 weeks ago,
It seems to blow the fuse when I am driving, and also turn left.
I had a new switch put in the steering column, it hasn't helped.
The vehicle has an electric odometer, that was stuck for a few days at 99,999 it broke loose about 50 miles ago.
I wonder if the odometer isn't causing the problem, because the turn signal works indefinitely while S-10 is sitting still, engine running, but blows turning left while driving.
