Question about 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier
These two problems are unrelated.
For ac - start by checking refridgerant charge (you need an ac machine).
For windows - you need to remove the door panel; unplug the motor - check for power and ground at motor connector while pushing switch up and down. If you have power the motor is bad and will need to be replaced. If you don't have power the switch and/or fuse needs to be replaced.
