Question about 1997 Dodge Caravan
99 plymouth voyager. relay started making funny buzzing/clicking noise. then no turn signals, hazard lights or daytime running lights. went to dealership and got new relay. same symptoms. now dealership wants me to bring van in for diagnostics. HELP!
The problem is most likely the turn signal switch located in the steering column, tough to replace without the proper experience and specialized tools. The air bag and steering wheel need to be removed to replace the switch.
