Did you clean both sides of the Throttle Body. You have the classic symptoms of a throttle body that isn't closing properly. Also the Idle Air Control (IAC).
I presume you are after the cylinder head settings. These are for the 2.9crdi engine, if you need any others you will have to let me know the year and engine size.

If your talking about the rack and pinion, I dont belive they sell a seal kit for it, you would need specal tools for this job, if its the bellow boots you need to remove the outer tie rod end to slip the boot on.
