Question about 2002 Ford Windstar Cargo
Try spraying wd40 or some king of lubricant in the key cylinder. Dirt has gotten into the tumber and causing the pins inside to stick. If you get it unstuck either leave the key in and do not turn to lock position or replace the tumbler. I hope this helps. good luck.
