Blower motor resistor is bad, located at blower motor.
Thanks man checked the connector and the blue wire was fried. Now for a follow up question.... wut would cause this to happen? Blower motor friction?
And the resistor is wut I replaced a couple months ago
Alternator could be over charging.

fords are notorius for faulty fan switches, you will need to get a new one, but it will probably fail in a year or two.

More than likely this should just be your resistor. You have different sized coils on the back of your resistor for all the different fan speeds. if one of them burns out or breaks then that certain speed will not work.

it is called blower motor resistor , should be close to blower motor , you will see a plug type connector with two screws , remove the screws and there should be a resistor inside the cover for the motor, swap with new and reassemble

Believe it or not, but it was a bad ignition switch. I the switch apart and found about 3 different and one in particular that were burned pretty bad. Must have been the circuit that controls the blower and DRL? Found the solution on another blog. I put a new switch on in about 1.5 hours. I does take a couple special tools, very small female torx sockets. Other than that pretty easy.
