This could be the speed sensor in the transmission. I believe it is electric on the 98 takes about 15min to change and is located on the long end of the trans.

2001 Buick Century Limited speedometer problem, Speedometer not working but odomitor ok. Is there a fuse?

if the odometer is working then the problem is with the speedometer head unit as the odometer gets its information from the same source as the speedometer. you can have the speedometer head checked and fixed if its fixable.

What fuse is for the mileage indicator

There is no fuse for just the odometer("mileage indicator")The entire instument cluster is on the same fuse.If the odometer isn't working, but the speedometer is,you will have to send the cluster for repair(this is a specialty repair shop, due to legal issues of possible odometer tampering)

Replaced my instrument cluster with one from junkyard now its reads the wrong milage is there a way to reprogram it to show my cars actual milage

Actually there are laws against that very thing.I think a liecensed speedometer shop may be able to move the miles up , but I dont think the hardware will let you move them back.

The fuse box on the 1998 buick century is located in the dash (passenger side) , there is a removable panel on the side and just pull on it , there is even a tool to remove the fuses right on the panel.

Heater/AC Fan does not work in our 1998 Buick Century

Fan will be under dash on passengers side , Removing glove box might be needed, Gm also uses a blower resister ro control fan speeds. First check your fuse and then check and make sure your getting 12 volts to the terminal at the blower, You could have a blown fuse, a bad switch, or a bad resister , if your getting voltage to blower motor then most likely it will be the motor. These are not to difficult to change. I hope this helps, please be aware I can only guess at what the problem is from my past experience.
