Question about 1994 Ford Ranger Supercab
Did you look under the truck? You may have a loose or broken shock mount. You should look also at the top mount of each shock.
If you have changed tires, some will cause bouncing as well as overinflation. The manufactuers tire specs are on a label in the doorjams or glovebox.
The clutch sticking can be excessive play in the clutch or throwout bearing. You may be able to get the clutch adjusted to get a few more miles out of it. Best of Luck.
