What is your question? Replace the broken frame. You can get a used one from a salvage yard most likely.

How to remove studs from right rear of a 2003 ford explorer i just want to replace the studs

You have the tire off. So take the brake clapper off.then the roder should come right off. Lay the roder down and hit the bad stud with a hamer it should come out easy. Put a new one in the same way but from the back.

Did the air bags deploy?
If not then your frame should be ok. The impact wasn't enough to bend the frame.
If your air bags did deploy. Then your frame could have damage. I recommend taking it to a collision center near you to have it checked.

Stiff stearing weel

some common causes of steering wheel problems:

1. leak in your power steering liquid. check your power steering liquid reservoir if its still on the recommended level. if not, have your power steering assembly serviced.
2. busted ball joints. ball joints are located in the wheel axel, right behind your front wheels. this needs immediate attention to avoid further damages to your car.

Can I drive a Pontiac Grand Prix with a broken rear stabilizer safely?

By rear stabilizer, do you mean trailing arm or sway bar? If you have a busted trailing arm, I highly advise against driving. This is the bar that runs from the wheel hub transversely toward the front of the car and attaches to the frame. However, a busted rear sway bar, which runs transversely across the vehicle and runs along side the leaf spring, isn't as severe of an problem. You will just run into spongy turning issues.
