What most people do now, rather than go through the aggravation, then maybe have to do other end later, is just buy complete half shaft for about $60.00 and replace whole thing. Take old one with you for matching up plus $40 or so core charge if you keep old one.

1996 plymouth voyager 3.3 fuel gauge don't work!

This is a wiring problem. I have an intermitten issue with the gauge. I have checked the connections at the junction box and BCM, but it did not cause any changes. One I have not checked but hope fixes it is a "cold" solder joint on the panel PCB. I have read other issues with it, so it may be the same.
I suggest you check there first also.

When backing up and truning left there is a grinding sound on the front left what is this?

It could be the half shaft. The joints should be completely covered with a rubber boot. If it is torn or missing, the joint will become damaged.
You should not drive it if it is the half shaft since if it fails altogether, it could cause you to have an accident.

Had sway bars fixed and it vibrates worse now than before once over 60

Didn't see that as the fix for the problem. My guess is tires out of balance or worn cv joints in front axles. Cheaper to replace axle half shafts than a single cv joint kit at discount auto supplies like checker, autozone, etc. Lastly, wheel hub bearing/s. A tire shop with a mechanic could tell you.

Noise coming from near side front when going around a right hand bend 2001 chrysler voyager 2.4 se

it could be the CV joint is faulty, check the rubber boot on the drive axle on the near side front wheel to see if it is split or completely destroyed,if it is damaged the dirt has got into the CV joint & caused the damage & the CV joint will have to be replaced........hope this helps......cheers

Need diagram on what has to be removed to replace the driver side trans axle

Not much to it,
remove wheel, remove axle nut, remove bolt and nut that pinch lower ball joint in place,it will either be an 18mm or a 21mm,pry lower control down to detach and separate ball joint, tap CV shaft in where you took the nut off,
hold out on rotor assembly while pushing CV shaft in ward,When you have the CV out of the bearing and rotor assembly,Tap inside CV joint out of transmission.
