watch this guy, they are all about the same. find the routing diagram under your hood, it will have the size of the wrench you will need to release tension. you may need to make an extender for your wrench,

you can most likely find a video of belts for your car over on youtube.com, do a search when you get there for "toyota belt". all mid 90s toyota will be about the same so it does not have to a tercel.

Depending on if there is AC, all belts go on the passenger side. Let me know what belt exactly you are referring to ie: serp, ac, timing...and I can provide a better answer.

no just the cover that covers it what you need it find is the serpentine tensioner (google it for a picture) get at the bolt that attaches the pulley to the tensioner and turn the wrench or what ever your using it should sway out of the way losing the belt

If the serpentine belt came off while driving you need to check all of your pulleys. The most common cause is a belt tensioner. If you have never put a belt on you may need to install a new one anyways.

Yes that would be a serpentine belt, go to auto store and buy a new one. NO damage had been done most likely. There is a belt tensioner that has a hole that a ratchet will fit in, you have to push on that which releases the tension. There should be a sticker that shows you the routing under the hood by top of radiator. Can be done with 1 person but 2 makes it much easier.
