Are you getting spark? Do you have fuel pressure? Why did you change those parts? Any other details?
Instead of replacing parts , test .

start by tracing the wires back to the computer checking for breaks in the wire or corroded terminals
SOURCE: i put a new fuel pump in and still wont start
ok if the fuel pump is energizing and you can hear it turn on then the pump is working fine and you probably have a restriction. i would replace the fuel filter. when you replace the pump did you replace the strainer on the pump? if not then thats where your problem lies. also could be the fuel pressure regulator also. there is a schrader port on the fuel rail try taking a pen and press down on the core to see if fuel squirts out. or connect a fuel pressure guage to the port and see if you have the right fuel pressure. it should run between 35 and 47 psi

The fuel pump is in the fuel tank.Sit in the car.....turn on the ignition switch to run.....listen very closely to the rear of the car...or have someone kneel down by the back wheel.....you should hear a "prime cycle"......the pump running for 2 or 3 seconds if the key was off for 15 seconds before trying this.If you hear silence you most likely need a fuel pump. Before pulling the tank down....check for power on the gray wire at the fuel tank connector just ahead of the rear axle under the car.Check for power with a test light that will last for 2 to 3 seconds as you turn on the key to run.Power means you really most likely need a pump.No power means you may need a fuse or a fuel pump relay.

Is the security light active? If yes it will have to get reprogrammed by the GM dealer as GM has this as a propriatory system... Meaning no one else can work on it.

Its probably the factory security system. It disables the starter. If you turn the key to the run position without cranking there is a light that says "security" in your dash cluster. If it is flashing, your car will not start. Turn your key to the run position for 10 minutes or until the security light stops flashing, then turn the key off. Repeat this step three times then try to start your car.
