Power windows I take it, I would say you have a broken operating cable, costly repair because you have to buy the whole winder unit but they can sometimes be repaired with a little patience and invetiveness, I have repaired several (Crown Vic, Ford Probe and Mercury Maquis) using modified bike brake and gear shift cables.

Guessing your talking about an electric window.
If your handy with tools and can take things apart and put them back together try this otherwise pay 'the man' to fix it.
Go to an auto parts store and purchase a repair manual for your car. they are cheap (around $20)in comparison of taking a car to a repair shop.
First you have to remove the inside door cover panel, UNPLUG the motor FIRST! sometimes the end of the motor away from the gears can be sprayed with a lube spray if that doesn't work then remove the motor (tape the window in place least it will fall and may break) that drives the window up and down. at this point ether replace the motor or if your handy open it up and make sure there are no spikes on the motor brushes and lube the motor bearings ( I used lithium grease) a little dab goes a long way so don't over do it.
AS with all repairs pay attention to where you remove things so to be able to put them back.

Need to get a wiring diagram. Buy a book and follow the wiring schematic. It should help you out majorly. Can't really work on electrical issues without one.

Driver side auto window wont stay up

If the motor or track has something that causes a drag or interference, the motor will reverse as a safety feature.
The motor would not know if the drag was a faulty track or a child's arm.
You may have to pull the door panel and check the movement of the glass.

The passenger window wont roll up or down. I have

the window is off of the track, or the arm broke. you can try to do it yourself. pull the door panel off (may be some bolts near the arm rest and handle, but the rest are clips). from there, you should be able to see if it's on the track or not, and the condition of the arm. if the arm is broken, you might want to take it in.

2001 Saab 95 se driver/passenger windows.

A car I owned the left rear window did that. I could pull it up by taking a hold of it while another person held the switch. They told me the problem was the track was made out of plastic and it had broken. They had to replace the track. Yes it was expensive to repair but is ok now.

Driver window will roll down but the passenger and rear wont

The first thing that I would do is check for electricty at the motors them sel and work your way back.If there is elec. at the window motor it's self susspect a motor problem.Remove the motor to see if it spins (but it dosen't me its good it could be week)next check for binding in the window mecanism.
