Yes, you need to remove intake manifolds and fuel injectors to change ignition coils and spark plugs on Aston Martin DB7 Vantage V12.

This is a complete parts kit to perform an ignition system service on a 2000 ?€" 2003 Aston Martin DB7 V-12 Vantage. Older DB7 V12s are prone to misfires and rough running conditions due to ignition system wear. This condition may cause the Check Engine Light to illuminate and will cause the vehicle to fail state-mandated vehicle inspections.

This kit provides everything that is needed to change the spark plugs, upgrade the ignition coils and all associated parts needed to perform this service. Intake manifolds and fuel injectors must be removed to perform this service and new gaskets & seals are included.

All Parts are OEM ?€" Genuine Aston Martin

This kit includes:

12 ?€" OEM Specified spark plugs (Correct heat range, gap, reach and resistance)

12 ?€" OEM Ignition Coils (Recently modified version; upgraded from original, factory specification)

2 ?€" Intake Manifold Gaskets (Reusing old gaskets can cause more problems than you?€™re trying to solve)

12 ?€" Upper Fuel Injector O-Rings (Fuel Injector O-Rings should never be reused once they are removed)

12 ?€" Lower Fuel Injector O-Rings

12 ?€" Fuel Injector Connector Clips (Connectors become brittle over time and often break when removed)

2010 Aston Martin V8 Vantage. The fuse box is in the left trunk fender.

Question edited for full make and model. Guessed at V8.

Page 240 of your manual says it is in the Boot floor, right hand side. I am looking at the V8 manual. the V12 model is listed as well.

I want to remove my trasmission

Yes the engine has to be out,its not a easy task to replace transmission.You will required professional tools and wrench/ratchets.
Also its very time consuming.
