Should be in the fuse box located under the hood. It should be close to the battery. Located inside should be 2 head light fuses and two headlight relays. For left side and right.

Location of headlights fuse in 2003 dodge caravan sport

According to this there isn't one

https://fuse-box.info/dodge/dodge-caravan-2001-2007-fuses

And this confirms there isn't one. The are controlled by the Body Control Module.

https://www.chryslerminivan.net/threads/both-headlights-went-out-on-my-dodge-caravan-2005.82722/

No headlight relays or fuses on your model year. It is all controlled by microprocessors in the Body Control Module (BCM) and Front Control Module (FCM). You can try resetting them by removing the IOD memory fuse in the fuse box or the negative battery cable for 5 minutes. Have you tried cycling the headlight switch many times? Still out? There is an extended lifetime warranty on 2005/6 Dodge/Chrysler minivan headlight switches:

It also mentions above there was a recall on the headlight switch

1995 Mercedes e 320 driver side headlight stopped working. Bulb is good

Solution: If both headlights aren't working, it's unlikely that a bulb is at fault. The likely cause is a fuse, headlight relay, headlight switch, dimmer switch or a wiring fault. ... Consult your owner's manual to locate the main fuse for the headlight circuit and replace that fuse with one having the same amp rating.
OR
Most total headlight failures are caused by a bad component like a fuse, relay, or module. Wiring problems can also cause both headlights to stop working. High beam headlights don't work or low beams don't work. The cause: A burned out bulb, or a problem with the high beam switch or relay.

Where do I find headlight relay switch on a 85 Nissan extended cab p/u

Pretty sure there is no relay for the headlights. There are two 10 amp fuses in the fuse block, one for each side headlight. The power to the fuses is directly off the black fusible link (in your fuse link box, under hood, by the battery). Then the fused wires go into the headlight switch, and with switch on, out to the head lamps.

First check if the fuses have power to them. Hot at all times, so key can be off. If they have power, fuse link is good, so possibly a bad headlight switch or dimmer switch if no headlights..

Where is the headlight relay located on a 2002 PT Cruiser?

Did you check the fuse box inside the cabin ? The book says the relay is in the fuse block but does not give a description.
Keep in mind the headlight relay only affects the headlights. The other lights you mentioned are on different fuses and not the headlight fuses.

1986 Supra. Head lights pop up but does not turn on.

the headlight pop-up circuit is different from the lights themselves. Check the headlight fuses in the engine compartment fuse box. If the fuses are good then check the headlight relay. It is in the same fuse box just behind the headlight fuses. (The headlight relay is the second relay from the right side of the fuse box. the relay at the far right is the electronic fuel injection main relay.)

Headlight fuse location

Headlights do not have fuses. They have circuit breakers (thermal cutoffs) ususally in the headlight switch. Headlight circuits aren't fused because once the fuse blows, you're out of luck. At least with a self-resetting breaker, when the circuit cools off, you again have light.

Headlights Not Working Try These Fixes

Lighting systems

Dear Sir/Madam,

  1. Check your fuses. The plastic panel covering the fuses should have a diagram detailing what each fuse covers. If yours is missing, or unlabeled, check your owner's manual, or a Hanes(tm) or Chilton(tm) repair manual. Often if a headlight is not working, it is the result of a blown fuse. Fuses have a wire running through them that will melt when too much current is run through them. If the fuse is blown, the wire will be broken. If the fuse for the headlight you are working on has an intact wire, it is likely the problem lies elsewhere.
  2. Swap the headlight for its twin. If your left headlight does not work, put the light from your right headlight in its place. If it works with the other headlight in place, your headlight bulb is dead, and needs to be replaced.
  3. If this does not work, try using a voltmeter on the plug for the bad headlight. Turn on the ignition, and turn the headlight switch. If the voltmeter shows no current, then either your switch or the wiring leading to the headlight has gone bad.
  4. If replacing your headlight switch does not solve the problem, then there is a break in the wiring leading to the headlight, and the wiring will need to be replaced.
Thanks
Good Luck
