Does it stay running if you give it gas? start it with a little pressure on the pedal and keep it revved. release the pedal. if it shuts off, replace the idle air control valve/motor

My wipers on my 1996 chevy lumina will no shut off when the switch is set to off position. I had to pull the fuse to shut them off and I don't know how to solve the problem?

Its a internal groud problem inside the motor is it they won't go to the park pisition unless you time when you shout off the switch or they run all of the time It may be repaired by taking the motor apart and repairing the ground wire in the motor or replace the motor i do have a schematic for this motor
