Why wouldn't you buy steel brake line by the foot and a couple of compression fitting at your auto parts store and make them yourself? It would be a lot cheaper.

The fuel lines are all rusted and broke and i need to know what goes where

Should be one line comes from the fuel tank to the pump and the other line goes from the pump to the carburetor or injector body. Some cars have a third line that relieves fuel pressure from the pump to the return in the tank. This third line is much smaller than the other 2

Fuel pressure problems. If I remove the fuel cap truck runs normal. I've replace just about everything. And still have problems with it.

The only thing you are doing by leaving the gas cap off is providing an extra vent to the tank.
If that really helps the problem I would take another look at the vapor canister system. There may be a line plugged or a valve not opening.
Normally that would set a code in the computer.

Sounds like your fuel lines are leaking, These are located on top of the fuel tank, There is 4 lines that come from the pump . One may have rubbed a hole in the return line and getting fumes inside the auto.If so these have to be replaced by removing fuel tank and removing fuel lines. Good luck to you.

My gas tank leaks. How do I go about replacing it? It seems to have three fuel lines to the tank. One is a small diameter line and the other two are larger, I am assuming one of these might be a return...

if you take and clamp off the hoses and remove them from the tank, then support the fuel tank, remove the fuel tank holding straps then lower the tank, disconnect the wiring and make sure there is nothing else connected to the fuel tank, remove fuel tank transfer any components to the new tank and re-install.

I want to remove petrol from my office vehicle and put into my personal vehicle. But there seems tobe a net in the fuel tank net so I cant insert the hose down. is there any other way of doinit....I dont...

Since your office car has a electronic fuel pump, you have a fuel return line. disconnect the rubber return line from the metal one going back to the tank. you can add a small line to that, and fill any car you need, but I didn't tell you that.

Remove gas tank

HI, you will need to remove as much fuel as possible, then raise the van up and support it so there is enough room under the van to drop the tank out.
1) remove the fuel line from the fuel filter and the return line .
2) you will see a black EVAP canister by the fuel filter you will need to disconnect the lines from it. The remove the lines from the fuel tank that run from the canister.
3) Loosen the clamps on the fuel filler neck and pry the neck away from the tank. there will be a small vet line running to the filler neck this also needs to be removed.
4) you will need to support the tank and remove the 3 bolts holding the straps. then lower the tank down.

How do you changs a fuel pump in a 1995 Dodge

You MIGHT not have to drop the tank. On the 95 LHS (same frame) you can go through the trunk. take the trunk lining out. Underneath it near the back seat there may be an access panel. If so it will make it MUCH easier to replace! Worth the time to check it out!

Fuel pressure regulator

Have you checked the fuel pressure? If it is high and fuel is not returning, the regulator is bad. If it is low and fuel is not returning, the pump is bad.

Fuel pump two lines

I had a 85' Just like yours. You cannot Plug the Return line or it will Overfill the Bowl and result in Overignition and Flooding out. That return line catches all of the Fuel that the TBI Does not Burn and Returns it to the Fuel tank for Reuse. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!
