the cap of the Power steering fluid is below the Alternator between the engine and firewall/bulkhead on passenger side of car. About 12- 14 inches below the Alternator. Good luck

Hi, The steering fluid can be topped up in the reservior. Follow the line from the pump to the tank. Top up if needed with same kind oil, your manual will tell you this. Dextron II hydraulic oil for power steering. Sold at many auto parts stores. Good luck.
