I have oil in my sparke plugs

Do you mean on the outside of the plug and on the ignition wires? If so, you must replace the valve cover gasket to stop the oil from leaking into the spark plug tubes. If you mean on the electrode end only (inside the combustion chamber) then it is probably smoking really bad from the exhaust and it is time for a new engine.

It means that an engine with worn piston rings and/or bad valve seals are allowing excessive oil to enter the chamber.

your need a valve cover gasket set. It comes with 4 rubber seals for the spark plug tower so oil does not leak on the plugs. Common problem, Simple to fix. Takes about an hour

Have to crank it at least for times to start and it thows white smoke sometimes when it starts 95 honda accord

the first thing you should check is if oil is leaking into the combustion chamber. i say this because it is very common for the tube seals to leak on the valve cover and into the spark plug holes. pull out the spark plug wires from the valve cover and see if they have oil on them, if so replace the valve cover gasket and tube seals.

My sons 93 honda accord went dead while he was driving home

If the timing belt went, the engine will crank real fast, because it is not turning the top end of the engine. That means you valve assembly will not move. If plug tubes are filled with oil then you need to replace the seals. Remove the valve cover, replace four round seals on the inside of the cover. 93 accords are famous for the ignighter going bad. Pull a spark plug, stick a screw driver in it, and hold it close to something metal and crank the engine. You should see a spark. If no spark, replace the ignighter inside the distributer cap on top.

91 honda accord spark plug oil and stalling

There's another set of seals below the rocker arm assembly that will leak into the spark plug holes. This is a fairly big job to fix, maybe best to keep draining the oil out periodically. Bearings are probably fine.
May need an idle valve, but they can clog with carbon- I'd take it off and check that first. Cleaning that out just may solve that.
