One easy way to check is to verify the fuse in the radio unit were the cables go connected. NOTE: you will need to unplug your radio and pry open any plastics surrounding it.

I just bought a 2010 Camry and the radio display keeps going out or just shutting the radio off completely. Occasionally the screen will say crazy things and then it will work again. Any one have any idea...

hi how are you, sounds like a defective radio, you may want to try this, locate your fusebox and try removing the radio fuse, wait about 5 seconds then put it back. your owners manual should have the fuse diagram and location. if all fails its probably cheaper to replace the radio with an aftermarket one. there are 2 parts you'd need in order to replace the radio, i listed them here just incase . hope this helps. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2007-2011-Toyota-Camry-Stereo-Radio-Stereo-Dash-Kit-Harness-2008-2009-2010-08-09-/130817365850?_trksid=p2047675.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D11%26meid%3D4232088445737875702%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D1005%26rk%3D5%26sd%3D130790525477%26

2001 Ford F150 radio works but speakers don't. Have no idea what color wire is what. any diagrams? any info would be a big help!!

Easiest way to track speaker wires ( and check if speakers are working ) is to solder a couple of wires to an AA battery , with the stereo out of the dash short the wires from the battery across the pairs of speaker wires, the speakers will " Crackle " when they get power from the battery.
Use a continuity tester to find the power wires , one will have constant power, one will have power only with the key on, one will be for the power aerial. It may have an accessory power for an amp.
Good luck!!
