Question about 2004 Volvo S60
If the transmission isn't giving you any trouble, it's probably a reminder that it's time to change the oil and filter. Check in your service manual but most manufacturer's look to have it done around the 60,000 mile range. You should be able to do it yourself but a transmission shop would be able to see potential problems at that time and maybe be able to make a simple fix that could save you money down the road. one of two things the first is you are due for Transmission service
and on some years it lets you know your trans. is slipping
have the obd codes checked
