My rev counter swings violently from 0 - max whilst I am driving How can I repair this - Its a Blue -bird Nisson ARX 180000km

Your problem sounds as if the thermo sensor....which controls the air fuel ratio when engine is cold....is faulty. It is a common fault on this model.
This is not an expensive part, and takes only a short time to fit.

Check fuses first. If fuse is blown check wiring diagram for what is on that circuit and unplug things one at a time until it no longer has the problem. Probably intermittent if it is. Call Nissan and check for service bulletins/recalls.

need to check your battery cable connections at the battery and the starter, if good then have you battery checked, if thats good then check you engine ecm fuses/relays.

SOURCE: speedometer needle dropped from 60 km's to 0

Usually bad output speed sensor will cause all those symptoms.
