If the driver's blend door actuator has failed completely, or the wiring to it is damaged, you will not hear any clicking. Check for appropriate voltage at the blend door actuator, and determine from there if it's the actuator or the control unit.

Heater wont turn off

More than likely the switch on the climate control panel is bad, most vehicles have a relay behind the or attached to the climate control panel that you can change out. If not you may have to go to a auto parts store or a junk yard for a replacement climate control switch. Hope it helps.

How do i turn on my climate control

Climate control is turned on by pressing the 'auto/econ' button.
There will be a temperature control for it that lights up on the right hand side of console display. One can also control the fan speed there or leave it on 'auto'

Heater fan will not work until the car warms up and then it will start to work.

If your van has climate control try switching from auto to manual, a lot of auto climate controls "Wait for warm up" before turning on fan for heater.
