I have seen this before and it's usually the starter motor brushes are worn out, hope this helps

The head control in the dash is most likely the problem,the control in the dash,will have to be replaced.,only thing you can try would be to disconnect the negative battery cable for 10 seconds and put it back on,then turn the ignition on,then start,see if the controller starts to work again,if not replace the head.

The tail lights are usually on the same fuse as your dash lights. Check to see if you have tail lights. If they are on and it's only your dash lights that don't work, check the dash dimmer switch for a fault.

You have a hot wire grounding out on bare metal.You need to look for a bare wire going to one of the tag lights or taillights.Also check the light sockets.

Don't drive it! Check coolant and fill as needed. A too hot of an engine temperature can destroy the engine

i had to disconnect the battery and reconnect on my daughters car and that solved her problem, worth a try!
