The rear Drivers side axel has play.

I would certainly replace the axle with play. But this may not be all. Could be wheel bearing as well.

How to remove rear axles on 90 gmc s15 to replace axle seals

You take off the differential cover in the middle of the rear end and theres a lock you slide out on both sides inside the rear end on the side walls each rear axel on both sides has one. Take them out and the axels will slide out.

My 2002 Altima has a squeeling noise coming from the left side of vehicle anytime i drive over 60 mph. Anyone know what this noise is?

My first reponse would be to remove ***********-in-law from the rear seat. LOL

Try applying the brakes lightly, does the squealing stop? If so it could simply be worn brake pads on that side however, this will usually happen a slow speeds as well. Another possibility could be your CV joint. Crawl under the vehicle on that side and check for a torn CV boot (rubber boot around the axel shaft where it comes out of the transmission/ or rear end and attaches to the spindle (wheel).

Job is not terribly difficult, but instructions are too long to re-write them. Get yourself a haynes manual (about 20 bucks) and it will guide you through the job. If you need any help along the way, I'll be glad to help! (manual will help with lots of other stuff as well!!
If you have the setup I'm thinking of, make sure you buy a new diff cover gasket and gear lube along with axle bearing.
good luck
