i believe it's around 80, but anything higher than 60 should run it somewhat, just lacking power, and dogging out while accelerating, like a running out of gas symptom.

Usually a sign of a faulty pump, or a problem in the wiring between the relay and the gas tank.
You could unplug the harness at the tank to verify.

A good way to check the fuel pump relay is to find the A/C compressor relay and swap them.
