It should be located in the rear valve couver pushed into a rubber gromet with a hose running from it to the intake tube going to air box if not there then in the front valve couver same deal with a gromet and a hose running to the intake tube going to the air box. thats were 90 percent of ur pcv valves are located on most car trucks and suv's. im not real fimilyer with the 3.0 honda moter but i hope this helps

I have a 92 honda accord ex that the it idles go

If it does that when the engine is warmed up (full operating temp.) it may be you iac valve, or your fast idle valve. They get gummed up. It also could be your PVC valve, but probably not.:

IAC in red. Fast Idle in yellow. Your PVC valve is plugged into the valve cover (the black hose in between the red and yellow in the picture) it simply pulls out. It should rattle when shaken.
Hope this gives you a start on the problem.

My lifters are getting really loud on my 91 honda accord ex

All you need is to adjust the valve tappet clearance back to the original specification. It is a time consuming effort and require passion to do it. You need to remove the top engine cover, set timing belt to top dead centre then adjust intake & exhaust valve clearance one by one. Rotare the cranckshaft 180 degree and repeat the valve clearance,. I would suggest to leave it to the expert.

IDLING PROBLEMS ON 1992 ACCORD EX

Have the Idle Control Solenoid Valve cleaned up.

Or it might be defective. See steps below to check...
  1. Disconnect idle control solenoid valve electrical connector.
  2. Disconnect upper hose to solenoid valve from manifold and apply vacuum to hose. Valve should hold vacuum.
  3. Continue applying vacuum to hose and briefly energize valve by connecting battery positive terminal to the black/yellow wire terminal and negative battery terminal to the green/black wire terminal. Valve should not hold vacuum when energized.
  4. If idle control solenoid valve fails to perform as outlined, valve is defective.
