This can be done buy popping the hood and removing the bulb from the rear of the headlight housing. don't screw with the housing because, its leveled for optimal sight range.

SOURCE: How do you remove the rear seat in a 2001 Chrysler

Grab the bottom seat cushion at the front of one side and pull it straight up then do the same on the other side. (you will have to pull up very hard) The bottom of the seat clips in. once you have the bottom out take the 2 bolts out of the seat belt fasteners that holds the bottom of the top seat cushion. Then pull straight up on the seat cushion to slide it off two tabs that hold the top.

Im looking for the owners mannual for 2001 chrysler concord....free if i can find it

Here is a website http://www.diyrepairmanuals.com/products.asp?cat=1405 for a new one.
Check the junk yards and see what is there. LHS is the same body, and 3.2 & 3.5 motors are almost the same. 2004 Concorde is same body with LHS grill & backup lights. 300M 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 300's are same body except shorter trunk, with 3.5 motor, same as LHS
