Question about 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier
If it is infact the horn and not the wiring you can take off the old one and replace it with one that is working.
you can test a horn using a car battery and 2 wires.
take the 2 wires and attatch to either post or connection spot on the horn then put on wire to the positice and one to the negative. if it doesn't work the first time reverse the wires and try again. if it doesn't work either time you will need ot go get a new horn.
