Passenger side low beam light not working,

there are 2 lamps. both dead, (shoe drops)......
low beam dead on both sides?

most cars have 2 fuses. so if one side shorts, your not blinded.
check fuses first.
if fuses measure 0 ohms, they are good. (DMM , low ohms range)

if problem is more complex. then that.
we can find it in 5min with any voltmeter ever made. 1920 to now.
got a meter? (walfart has em,)

My drivers side backup light isn't working. I changed the bulb and it still doesn't work. Apparently there isn't a fuse for the backup light. Can anyone help?

If the other one is working then there is something wrong with the wireing between the two of them, or the connection in the light or the bulb contacts are dirty in the holder.

2005 jeep grand cherokee......my 3rd back brake light is out. could I replace the LED assembly myself?

Yes...relatively simple job. 15-20 min. job...and did you check all of your fuses. The fuse or bulb might just be out.
