If the fuse is alright and there seem not to be an hummung sound from the sunroof motor, then the sunroof motor nust have gotten damaged.
This normally happens due to electrical mis-dischrge wherein high voltage power is sent to the motor.
Consider replacing the motor then.
it it located at the top of the car from inside being covered by the roof cover itself.

Are they not at the end of your dash on drivers side with door open. That's where my 95 was, but perhaps it's been moved?

I read about this issue while I was looking for a fix to mine. Try the following:
Remove fuse #13 for 30 seconds or more from the passenger side fusebox. This will reset the door and the clock.
OR
1.) Disable the power door switch on the left dashboard.
2.) Remove the power door fuses located under the front passenger leg area.
3.) Manually open and close both sliding doors.
4.) Restore the power door fuses located under the front passenger leg area.
5.) Enable the power door switch on the left dashboard.
6.) Try opening the sliding doors.
