On most of the newer vehicles there is an access panel in the trunk on each side where the lights are on the outside of the vehicle. There may be a couple of wing nut type plastic fasteners holding on a cover to access the bulbs. Thus the location of the light which is out correlates to the location inside the trunk. Once you have access to the bulbs/wires--should just be a twist and pull then you can access the actual bulb. The bulb should have a number on the glass (194) so you may locate a replacement at a local store.

The battery is located under the hood on the left or right in this model and the fuses box under the left hand side dash by the driver. But it may be on the right hand side under the dash too.
