Question about Hyundai Santa Fe
I would check your ABS module. it sounds like you have an issue which is causing the ABS control to remain in the pulsed on position. you really need to hookup a scan tool and see if you have any codes. It could be a wiring issue when getting wet causing the system to malfunction.

If this happens only when it is raining then you may have an open wire or terminals exposed that is being wet. It could be the ground wire or the wires that supplies power to the lights or the dash. With this problem, it may trigger sensors or signals to the computer of ABS or any braking or stability management system. Or those system may not work completely.
This can occur even during dry weather and can be triggered if the wires are moved by vibration or forces such as stop and go movement of the car.

Hi and welcome to FixYa,
The battery light coming on when driving in the rain would indicate that the alternator is getting wet or more particularly the regulator board.
The brake light coming on would indicate love brake fluid level (or in some instances, the fluid quality; probable contamination). It must be noted though that if the brake pads are near their limit (thin), then the fluid level tends to go down which would offset the anti-lock braking system (ABS) as most Hyundais are standard equipped. Getting wet would further offset the system. It would be to your advantage to check fluid level/quality and the thickness of the brake pads. It would also be prudent to check the sensors, pumps and all other parts that make up the brake system.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
