it may be the temperature sensor that activates the fans is faulty & needs to be replaced or it could be a loose wire or connection check the wiring & connectors......hope this helps......cheers.
Make sure the fans are well grounded. You can temporarily jump 12 volts from the battery to the fans in order to check if they work. The new relay also could have been compromised if the wiring was incorrect before.
If you have checked the relay module under the fans,on drivers side, and they are fine, replace the coolant sensor, and make sure all the air is bled out of the cooling system.
it is mounted under the radiator towards the drivers side,it is flat and held to the frame with 2 small bolts and has a flat wire connector,it doesnt look like a normal relay, its black with a silver plate on the front of it,hope this helps
That would be the cooling fans which do tend to run a minute or two after engine shuts off. This is nothing to worry about and is quite normal, unless it runs for a very long time and runs down the battery. In this case, the fan relay should be replaced.
