I need to find out where to cut hole for fuel pump on my 2000 taurus

You do not cut a hole, you remove the tank from the vehicle to access the pump.

Replace fuel pump can i create an access hole and not drop tank

Hi Michael, Im AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair.

Michael, the problem with creating an access hole is you don't know exactly where the fuel pump is and you could wind up cutting several holes before you find it. PLUS gas tanks are not that difficult to drop down, you only need to be careful to not break any plastic lines that run to it, if it has any. Please visit my auto-repair-website and give me a shout out, thanks! http://www.bigasautorepair.com/
