Question about 1991 Suzuki Samurai

1991 suzuki engine problem?

My 1991 suzuki has problems at low rpms. It will sputter sometime as I apply the gas fast. If I slowly apply the gas it will sputter then run fine. I have replaced the spark plugs, new router, distributer cap, spark plug wires, and fuel filter but it still has the problem. It did have a idling problem as well but after changing all that stuff it now idles alot better.

sputtering is called misfire..
means horrid combustion.

#1 all time cause, world wide, all gas engines, for 100 years
is never getting a tune up.
nothing beats this cause, due to driver driving car till it quits
or sputters.

if low on cash? try new spark plugs...
gapping them to spec, not guessing....

I have a 1995 ford f250 5.8 gas first thing in the morning I have to shoot ether to get it to start after that starts right up idles a little ruff under heavy acceleration it sputters backfires and wants...

Sounds like your fuel pump starting to die. It is not getting enough gas under heavy acceleration which is 100% fuel pump slowly dying. At start up it might not be building up enough fuel pressure to feed the system but the shot of ether and engine cranking helps pressure the system just enough for the fuel pump to trickle the gas and run the engine at low rpms.

I am not familiar with Suzuki's but the first thing to check is that the throttle or throttle cable or throttle peddle are not sticking. With the engine off, ask a friend to press and release the throttle peddle while you look at the throttle to see if it moves. If it doesn't then you need to check each item to see which one is sticking.

Engine Turns Off when running AC

Your throttle speed sensor(idle speed sensor)is not working properly. It's job is to keep the the engine at the proper rpm range when you are not applying the gas peddle. This is the most likely cause.
