Concentrate on the starting circuit: from the ignition switch to the neutral safety switch to the starter relay to the starter solenoid on the starter. If it won't crank, one of these parts or the wiring associated is not working right. Quite often the electrical contacts in the starter solenoid become pitted, slightly burned maybe, and lose contact. If you have power on the solenoid wire when key is held in crank and starter won't operate, the solenoid is the problem.

My 99 jimmy wont start, i can hear my fuel pump kick on when i turn the key. the jimmy will fire up and die right after that.

If the ECM will not get any signal from the crank sensor it will shut off the engine, so I will suggest have the truck scanned and if it says no crank signal then change the crank sensor.

I have a new fuel pump a new alternator and a new battery and my jimmy wont wants to but won't turn over

There are a few things that would cause this issue. The first of which would be the cam sensor. The second would be the crankshaft sensor, and the third would be the O2 sensor. If any of these three are faulty, the ECU/PCM will not tell the coil to send spark so the engine will crank. Make sure that all the connections for the above listed are clean and connected before changing them out.

I have a 1999 Gmc Jimmy and it wont start. It turns over you spray some starting fluid stuff in it and it fires up but then dies. We changed the throttle body sensor the crank sensor. Can anyone tell us...

Sounds like a bad fuel pump. If you turn the key on and don't hear it run, it is the most likely cause. You may be able to smack the tank and get it working again, but will need to be replaced. If not, look for power and ground at the pump connector when key is on.
