I clean and replace the gas cap and clear the codes, no MIL light anymore. Could the gas cap trigger all three codes or do I have an intermittent timing problem? The VVT was definitely bad, wiring connector had broken off
P0018 OBD-II Trouble Code: Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 2 Sensor A) P0442 TOYOTA - EVAP System Small Leak Detected P0022 - "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Bank 2)
So to answer your question no not all three, it would however triggerr the EVAP code p0442 , the other codes could have been original stored and just came out latter so cnacell all codes and see if any return.

This code is caused by the leak detection pump for the evaporative emissions control system, this is a common fault in your year and model, there are factory bullentins about the code, to replace the pump do the following. As noted in the procedure pay close attention to the condition of the vacuum lines to the pump.
The LDP, (leak detection pump) is located in the left/front corner of engine compartment below the air cleaner housing. It is mounted to left/front inner fender sheet metal. The LDP and LDP filter are replaced (serviced) as one unit.

On the gas cap itself theres a rubber o-ring.If thats quashed in any way you'll need to replace it.Sometimes takink the o-ring off and putting it back on fixes the problem. Its a very common problem ans is not that expensive to fix..The reason the code keeps coming back is because its a pressurize system and if theres a leak in the system it will throw the light in the dash..

you have to understand that there is a leak in the system other than the gas cap for the evaporative system. The system needs to be professionally closed, and smoke introduced into to find the leak, and a through component check, eg.. purge valve vapor canister vent solenoid all functioning correctly
SOURCE: saturn code p0442, evap system small leak, can't find leak
I would send the car in for a smoke test...So much easier to find the leak...

SOURCE: Toyota error code P2118
I don't have a Sienna but I do have a 2008 Toyota Camry SE. After it being in the garage for many months, 8 months I think, I had to give the battery a jump to finally start it up. Well The jumper cables I used weren't that great. They flickered and seemed to smoke a little. So i removed them and put a better set on to get a charge. I didn't think anything of it. After that charge came through and i was able to accelerate at all... The throttle was to the floor and the car would not even go up .5 RPMs... After several days and talking to the dealer, I was about to call a Tow to have it taken to the dealer. Luckily my friend came by with one of those diagnostic readers and it spit out the P2118 error code. Immediately we looked it up and found this site. Thanks to Fixya.com I was able to determine that it was a freakin measly fuse that blew due to bad jumper cables... Thank god for the Fuse and thank you to Fixya.com that I was able to determine this so quickly!!!

I replaced the gas cap and have not had the P0442 reoccur... I replaced the oil control valve last weekend because I broke the electrical connector off taking the intake manifold off the engine. Prior to this the car was not giving any fault codes, it just had a coolant leak under the manifold... Replaced the OCV and since then I keep getting the P0022 code. It happens after driving about 20 minutes...if I clear it, the car will go another 20 minutes before it re-occurs, so the fault seems to be regularly intermittent.. Im wondering if the OCV could be bad.. It is a Dorman product purchased from Advance... Any ideas what else could be triggering the p0022 code?
Thanks in advance...
