Location of the pcv valve on a 96 chevy cavalier

It should be in the top of the intake manifold, the air cleaner tube goes into the throttle body and there is a little line that runs from the air cleaner tube into the pcv value and is screwed into the intake manifold.

Where is the dip stick location 1996 chevy cavalier transmission dip stick location


there are two dip sticks.I would look for the one that is the furthers towards the the back by the firewall.it should have a loop also for your finger to go into.If its a stick shift,then i would check underneath the car.look for a filler plug on the side of the transmission.thank you.

i believe its in the front by the throttle body u will see a rubber 90 degree boot then follow that hose to the pcv valve

Where is flasher relay located on 96 cavalier


For 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier 2.2L SFI OHV 4cyl, the Flasher is located front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in bottom of convenience panel.

PCV . Positive Crankcase Ventalation Valves are always located in the valve cover pans with a hose attached usually leading to the air cleaner, or some other vacuum source..

1996 nissan pcv valve location


I am used to the PCV valve being in the valve cover so I ran into the same problem myself on my 96 hardbody it is located down near the oil filter you will have to go in through the passenger front wheel well take off the splash guard and you may have to make a little room by disconnecting an electrical bracket and I believe it is a 19mm wrench.Hope this helps
