HI. The R/R window only goes down. And only by the R/R window switch. The drivers switch has no effect. The R/R window motor and regulator are fine as tested and I replaced the drivers and the R/R passenger window switches.

Culprit is most likely a defective or dirty switch. Try using WD-40 or some other penetrating oil on the switch mechanism, let it soak in overnight, then try again. Chances are, the windows will work again. If the problem recurs or persists, replace the switches.
not sure what you need power goes to the master window switch then to the drivers window motor then the drivers switch that goes to the passenger side in a series so the drivers switch for the passenger side can be bad causing the passenger window to be inop of work up from one and down from the other
I have a similar problem. The remote sometimes opens all doors, and other times it will only open the 2 rear doors. Once inside the vehicle, the driver side window controls intermittently operates all windows and doors. It has no effect on the 2 rear doors, as the window controls still work. This behavior happens intermittently while driving the vehicle.
Check for power to the master switch on the driver's door. Anywhere on the connector. If there is no power at the connector, check for a broken wire coming thru the lf kick panel into the door. If there is power, replace the master switch
