Symptoms: 1. Head lights off. left and right turn signals work. Hazard warning lights work. 2. Head lights on. All lights are on. right turn indicator on the dash board is on. left turn signal works. Right turn signal does not work. Hazard lights do not work. How can the turn signals work with head lights off, and only work for left turn with the headlights on? The headlights should be a separate circuit from the turn and flasher circuits. Head light switch turns on marker lights, parking lights and tail lights correctly. Left turn and right turn switch is the same for head lights on or off. What would keep the right turn from flashing with the headlights on? What would keep the Hazard lights from flashing with the head lights on? Why me?

Find the ground wire on one of the lights and add another ground wire to a good clean metal surface and see if that fixes the problem. It defently sounds like a ground problem at one of the lights.
